Create a

proxy_on.bat

file with notepad and write into (substitute xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:pppp with your proxy IP:Port)

netsh winhttp set proxy xxx.xxx.xxx.xxxx:pppp "<local>;127.0.0.1"

then create a

proxy_off.bat

file with notepad and write into:

netsh winhttp reset proxy

Remeber to launch them with “Run as Administrator” in order to activate/deactivate well the feature.
