If users leaves open sessions on Remote Desktop, when you will try to login in you will get an error like that

The terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of allowed connections

Solution:

Start -> Run or Command Prompt and type the following command
mstsc /v:00.00.00.00 /admin
replacing 00.00.00.00 with your Remote Server’s IP Address
