   Hello,
   I really like The Smiling Hand and I was wondering what the copyright restrictions were on this picture. I work for a company that offers music lessons and we are starting a summer promotion that - take 5 lessons for the price of 4. We were wondering if we could use your photo or what we would have to do to be able to use it. Please email me back at lessons@saiedmusic.com. Thanks.

   yes it is copyrighted but not so strongly…
   you can use it not as a logo but only as a picture contribute
   you have to mention my name and web site
   for example:

   (C) 2008 by dino olivieri - www.onyrix.com

   i don’t want money but a free donation (if you want) is welcome
   you can donate with paypal to:

   i always use donations to buy and plant new trees
